Buying laptop, blu-ray/resolution question?
I'm buying a laptop, and I have a question about the screen and an optional blu-ray drive. I want to upgrade the screen (i'm customizing an hp laptop) to the 1080p, but would I have to get the blu-ray to enjoy it? Would everything play in the high resolution, only some things, or nothing?
Being an HP laptop, it will most likely have decent resolution without adding anything. i would not get the Blue ray drive unless you are a hardcore gamer or intend on watching alot of movies. hope this helps, but if it doesnt ask HP the features of the upgrade. it will be somewhat biased but generally true
